Our values define who we are. As an organisation, GAPS Healthcare & Training Services will be guided by the 6Cs which are – Comfort, Caring, Compassion, Competence, Communication and Courage.
We will work to promote and enhance your quality of your life, supporting you to live with Independence, Choice, and Control in your own home.
Studies show that as we age, we become more less independent and we feel more comfortable and feel safer in familiar surroundings. We will make sure that you are safe and comfortable in your own home, whenever we visit.
We endeavor to allocate the same carers to you to enhance continuity of care
We recognise that care needs can change over a period of time.
Our staff are trained to recognise such changes.
Our services are designed to help you today and to continue to help you as your care needs change.
Therefore, we will regularly review your care needs and make adjustments as and when required.
